A View into the Future after the May 19th Election



Gregory S. Krikorian, member of the Glendale Unified School District Board of Education, is currently serving his 8th year as a Member having been elected to a second term.

As the father of five children and a business owner in Glendale, Mr. Krikorian has been actively involved in various district and community organizations and is a highly respected member of the community.

January 6, 2006 Gregory S. Krikorian was appointed to serve as president of the Five Star Education Coalition, a coalition of Board Members and Superintendents from five school districts: Burbank, Glendale, La Canada, Pasadena and South Pasadena, representing 75,000 students. The member districts share common interests in promoting excellence in public education.


Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Krikorian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University; a Masters in Governance from CSBA and completed the Leadership Glendale Program sponsored by the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Krikorian and his wife of 19 years, Christine, have five young children, all of which attend Glendale public schools.

Mr. Krikorian is the founder of Krikorian Marketing Group (KMG) a multi-service marketing firm, specializing in government relations, crisis management and community relations. In addition to his duties at KMG, Greg is also co-owner of Business Life & Senior Living magazines.
